General Policy
Due to the nature of digital and service-based work, all payments made for Social Media Management, Content Creation, Advertising, Branding, or any other service are generally non-refundable once work has started.
Eligibility for Refund
A refund may be considered only under the following conditions:
No Work Started
If you request a cancellation before the project or monthly service cycle begins, you may be eligible for a 100% refund.
Service Not Delivered
If we fail to deliver any part of the agreed-upon service within the scheduled time frame without a valid reason or prior communication, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund, depending on the situation.
Duplicate or Incorrect Payment
If you are charged twice or charged incorrectly due to a system error, we will process a full refund for the incorrect transaction.
Non-Refundable Situations
We do not provide refunds in the following cases:
- Work or service delivery has already started
- Monthly social media management services have been partially or fully executed
- Delays caused by the client (late approvals, no content provided, unresponsive communication)
- Client dissatisfaction due to an unclear scope or changed preferences after work has begun
- Payments made for advertising budgets (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, etc.) as these are paid directly to third-party platforms
- If account access or required data is not provided on time by the client
Cancellation Policy
Monthly or Ongoing Services
You may cancel your subscription or monthly service plan anytime.
Project-Based Work
After project approval and initiation, cancellations are accepted, but no refund will be issued for work already completed.
Processing Refunds
If a refund is approved:
- It will be processed within 7–14 business days
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
- You will receive an email confirmation once processed
